Janbari Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Janbari account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your account immediately and cannot be undone.
- Open Janbari
- Sign in
- Go to Profile
- Open Legal
- Tap Delete Account
- Review the deletion information shown
- Type TIRTIR to confirm you understand
- Confirm deletion
- Your account is deleted immediately
If You No Longer Have Access to the App
Send a deletion request to Janbari2026@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +252 770 906 001, from the email address associated with your Janbari account, with the subject or message "Delete my Janbari account." Include your registered email so we can locate your account. We process manual requests within 30 days after verifying the request.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile information (name, learning goal, level, settings)
- Your learning progress, points, streaks, and achievements
- Your AI Teacher conversation history
- Your push notification token and installation identifier
- Your subscription and payment request records
- Your Live English Practice session history, feedback, reports, blocks and any moderation restrictions
- Your date of birth (age check) and your Terms of Use acceptance record
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited financial transaction records (with your account association removed) where required by law or for legitimate audit purposes — for example, records needed to resolve a disputed payment or as required by applicable financial regulations — for no longer than necessary for that purpose.
